Hi, I’m Naveen Kumar M, a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, currently working on Amazon's travel-category platform. I'm passionate about building powerful, functional, and user-focused digital solutions across the full stack — from React.js and Redux on the frontend to Java, Spring Boot, and AWS on the backend.

For me, development goes beyond coding – it’s about solving challenges and creating experiences that are both intuitive and enjoyable for users.

    Worked on Amazon Pay's travel-category platform, building React.js and Redux based frontend components with a reusable localization framework. Hardened backend services on Java Spring Boot with thread-safe design, replica-based database reads, and shared Redis/API client libraries, and improved API resilience through idempotent retry/backoff logic and ELK-based structured logging, while owning end-to-end delivery of a real-time API streaming feature. Delivered LPA payment and cashback integration on the Order Review page with merchant-level PSP customization. Adopted MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations to build AI-first engineering workflows, and set up AWS CloudWatch RUM dashboards along with optimized CodePipeline and S3-based CI/CD pipelines.

    Worked as a ServiceNow Analyst handling Incident, and Change Management to ensure SLA compliance and service continuity.
